Los Tios is a Houston Tex-Mex restaurant group started by the Garbett family in 1970 and bought by the Adair family in 2000, with six Houston-area locations. It says it introduced Houston's first frozen margarita in 1975 and is known for its fajitas, enchiladas and hand-made puffy quesos.
